What do you like best?
I was afraid to stop advertising for an unknown time period - the whole thing seemed just too uncertain, so I’ve decided to adjust my strategy instead of pausing it altogether. Luckily, this DSP is quite convenient for my purpose, as it supports the formats I’ve started using during the quarantine. My personal favorites are rewarded video and in-app ads as I’ve figured out my potential clients are now using mobile much more often. The platform allows me to design ads as I like it - found this feature very useful for native ad campaigns I launched last week. I can already see that some of these ads are performing even better than those from my previous campaigns, so I’m planning to stick to these formats during some time.
What do you dislike?
The whole situation with quarantine and covid-related changes is a challenge, honestly, I wasn’t sure I could make it through. However, now the situation has become slightly stabilized for me - customers started coming again and this helps me to stay afloat and hope this will continue.

Good for in-app advertising - convenient in campaign launching and management.

The main benefit to me was keeping sales coming and staying afloat. I can promote multiple offers, and that’s what I need right now.

"Used it for in-app and mobile mostly"
What do you like best?
I’ve used the platform for my in-app campaigns throughout this year. It meets my expectations in terms of Tier 1 and Tier 2 countries and good traffic and conversion rates for my healthcare products.
I've received my first orders approximately in a week. In a month I set a retargeting campaign to get back the potential buyers. So, it worked well!
What do you dislike?
So far my experience has been mostly positive - didn’t have any issues yet. There was only one issue with the creative at the very beginning, but the team reached me and we fixed it.

It is resulting. I need an ad platform for particular channels - in-app and mobile, and it totally fits. The ads are viewable, I don’t have to spend time on additional precautions to make sure I’m paying for real impressions.

"Good traffic out of these targeting options"
What do you like best?
Well, if you have technology by your side that allows you to deliver ads to users through desktop and mobile browsers as well as inside of apps, then your agency must be in pretty good shape. For my small advertising business, it used to be a real problem. SmartyAds is fairly easy to use even if you never worked with programmatic before (like me). Most importantly, DSP delivers messages across channels I need: mobile, desktop, in-app, (even CTV) and channels them according to the targeting options: you can set the viewer’s age, gender, OS, Browser, language, device, etc.
What do you dislike?
My agency is little and sometimes I just can’t keep up with all campaign changes. At first, I called the support team and asked them to teach me how to optimize better. They also told me that they can run managed-serve campaigns for me. I decided to give it a go and I don’t regret now - no worries and no hustle, everything goes according to the plan.
