Very negative experience with them
Very negative experience with them. They charge a very high price point, which would be ok if the customer service matched the premium cost. Sadly it does not. The software is fine but honestly, there are many other better companies that offer a much better service and a lot lot cheaper.

Absolutely no customer support.Requested a demo wanting to start using their product and nothing, rob and jade on two occasions said my request had been made high priority and someone would be in touch, had to chase three times and it’s been a month. Nothing. I can’t imagine the radio silence I’d get if I actually had a problem with my subscription or calendar. Taking my business to Content Cal.

Do NOT user Sprout Social
While Sprout Social offers some great tools, the pricing, terms, service, and innovation is lacking. We are a very young startup that got stuck with Sprout due to our communications lead's decision to sign up, leaving the company shortly thereafter. I reached out to support to discuss the potential for a prorated refund of our annual subscription. I had a few reasons:1. Sprout does not offer multiple users at a reasonable price.2. Sprout cannot post Instagram carousels automatically. Each post must be manually entered after an automatic reminder from Sprout.3. I reached out to support to discuss this, and after 10 days of silence, I had to reach out twice to get a reply. Their reply was robotic - "Your account is an annual account and agreed to the terms of service, therefore we cannot offer a refund."I wrote a sincere email explaining that as a young startup with limited capital, this scenario was really harming us. Instead of acknowledging any of what I said, I was told the date of our sign up, the terms, and essentially that we're stuck with Sprout for the year.I would not recommend Sprout Social. Try Hootsuite, Sked, or any other alternative that offers more users, more features, and better service for far less money.
