Its competitor functionality and google export are great. I can easily customize it. Their support team is also very helpful.

A quick assessment tool will be great to extract fixes for our site. This will be a great addition, so we can keep track of what we need to improve on our own site.

Not enough data and is a big waste of money for Keyword search. If you don't get a 1-week free trial just don't go for this company. Note: Maybe this applies to UK companies and they might have better data for US businesses.

It is very easy to use and they provide a video tutorial of all its features. Their support team is also very helpful whenever we have any problems.

The limitation of the plan is a drawback. Adding more features for low-end plans will be great for small businesses.

It has many great features: Keyword Research, PPC Research, Ad Copy, Winning Ad Campaign Strategies, SEO Research, SEO Audits, and Advertising Intelligence. It also helped us predict ad performance.

The format of reports should be improved. It is a bit outdated for me. The font is too small and the colors used do not match.
