Multi updating possibilities in the meeting agenda and notes.

After starting using stratsys we have all the meeting notes and agendas looking the same way.

"Great for regular team meetings"
What do you like best?
We use this weekly to put all of our team meeting items in one place. We can send out the agenda ahead of time for others to add their items for discussion and then the minutes go in the same document. We thought it useful enough to use for our monthly board of director meetings as well.
What do you dislike?
When you attach documents to an agenda item once you open them and try to go to the next agenda item, Stratsys will freeze. You have to hit the back button and go into the meeting again or close the browser and open it again.

I have no advice. Has been pretty straightforward.

Having the ability for staff members to add their agenda items before the meeting saves lots of time.

What do you like best?
We love the consistency of themes and topics. We love being able to assign tasks. We love that we can have as many users as we need. We love being able to update notes in real time. We love the different meeting templates we are able to create.
What do you dislike?
There is no downside! We love using stratsys for all our important meeting minutes.

We are able to track decisions better. We are able to keep meeting minutes consistent from meeting to meeting. We are able to track tasks better.

Ability to attach board papers and other documents to meeting agenda - board meetings are now paperless

Integration with outlook could be better especially for repeating meetings

Ibland är programmet lite långsamt + att det kan vara svårt att få en översikt över tidigare möten utan att scrolla massor.
