What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorites with Streak are its color-coded labeling of email threads and the easy viewing of dates. This allows me to categorize emails based on the nature of their content or based on where they are in the sale cycle. I also like how well it adapts with any work process once you set it. Streak also helps in the organization of your emails to fit your needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The commands often don't work well especially the category name modification. The same can be said with its follow-up button. While it reminds me to follow up, once I click it, it often doesn't respond so I have to refresh the webpage for it to work. In the near future, I hope this can be resolved. I also look forward to more upgrades. One that will be extremely helpful is an ability to automatically input emails of person or persons to whom I am sending emails, based on its detection of the letterhead I am writing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Streak is a big help in making more efficient my management work. I can track emails and know easily how to respond to them based on their labels. Overall, I am able to become more prompt when responding to clients, which is what most would like from company representatives.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's incredible that Streak is a free platform, considering its rich suite of functionalities. It enabled me to manage emails more efficiently and track progress in each with more ease.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope it could work on other apps aside from Gmail and allow sending in bulks. On the Gmail app, one issue is on the delivery of some important emails to the spam section.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We leverage this tool for our fundraising projects and work has never been this easier that now I don't think I could count what I do as work. With Streak, arranging email threads to your preference was made easier. The interface is one of its greatest strengths as it is extremely easy to handle, thus allowed me to do more tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Streak has been highly beneficial to us in tracking emails and making them accessible to select people. Having efficient processes in accomplishing these tasks allows us to be more updated in everything that comes and goes in a project.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There had been issues that took weeks before being resolved, particularly on reintegrating it with our Gmail. Although we appreciate how customer service was hands-on in resolving our problem.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides losing its sync with Gmail at one point, it still frequently disengages with the server. This requires a lot of work to get it back on and running. But Streak has been greatly beneficial that its strengths still outweigh its weaknesses. In addition, the interface is extremely user-friendly that it doesn't take more than a day to put new hires on board.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The open and read rates were some features I never thought were possible. But Streak did a good job on this, as well as on its integration with G-mail and its email notification system.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They've set a limit on how many emails we could track which is quite understandable since they are a growing business but the 200 cap is way below my needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Streak, I could do CRM and marketing work in one place and without hassle.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Some of the benefits we are realizing from using Streak are smooth integration with various cloud-based platforms; its up-to-date tools for email marketing; streamlines communication with clients and prospects and even within the team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There isn't anything about Streak that disappoints us.

This platform simplified tasks involved in email marketing campaigns. Besides the streamlined workflow, Streak offered advanced solutions in email tracking, lead management, and customization of emails. We are also reaping benefits from its integration with various platforms, enabling us to share various files and documents with team members.
