What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is absolutely white label.... from URL footers to notification emails. Everything can be changed and branded in my own company's name.

Making a custom platform like this by hiring SaaS developers would take away millions. within a healthy budget i am able to get this type of back end system for my company.

Its gives a mobile app and web-login for every client and even custom onboarding journeys can be assigned.





same can be done for staff.









Apart from that all project management features are present from time tracking to invoice to kanban and calender view and works perfectly

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Things are absolutely getting better, The scope is huge. one can customize Suite dash according to their business
for that the study material needs to be extensive....
because the software can do lot of things which is not currently there in YouTube,
Surely the weekly 1 hour webinar solves the purpose.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Being greedy...i would like the accounting / billing section to be developed, like adding expenses and getting a balance sheet out of the platform directly. Surely that is going to be added also

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

An APP is definitely icing on the cake, an app gives the customer a sense of trust that they holds some valuable Megabytes in my server

i can share private investment files with them, they can upload documents directly
i can issue invoice, and they can pay from inside the portal,
for investment policies and stripe gateway i can easily charge subscription to them

my sales person can bring in leads which is directly added to the crm and my auto assigned tasks do the rest

my investment management business is on the rocks with Holy Gem, SuiteDash

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect is being able to brand all of your customer interactions. You can white label the app and the client portal. Makes small businesses look very high end and professional.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a fairly steep learning curve. There are a lot of moving parts. You have to be willing to watch the videos to get the most out of the functionality.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the learning management system and being able to do subscriptions. Both of those things are planned for release this quarter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This cuts down the cost of having so many different apps to achieve the same goal. It also streamlined so that I only have to go to one places instead of logging into numerous applications.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

SuiteDash allows me to streamline my processes and create a great experience for my client. It allows me to house everything in one place so that I’m not always toggling systems, remembering multiple passwords and worry if all my systems are secure. Simplifies the process and my clients appreciate that very much.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This has a learning curve. You really have to be willing to work in it and watch the training videos to become familiar.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to see it integrate with Zoom or Google Meet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This allowed me a place to house everything under one roof. I feel it allows me a better relationship with my clients because it also makes my operation look more professional.
