What are the best aspects of this product?
As a novice in conversion rate optimization, I was looking to a to increase the traffic on one of my websites where I needed from my visitors to take a specific action such as completing a web form, making a phone call, signing up for updates, etc. and found this software quite handy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are several approaches to conversion optimization. Such as testing to discover the best way to increase website, campaign, or landing page conversion rates or understanding the audience and then creating a targeted message. The tools available with this mechanism do not cover everything.

Found my website users and asked them what they need, with that I've done service design. E-mail list building with different sumo tools features, its fast and functional, can do different lists.

What do you like best?
Sumo is a tool that allows both company and its website visitors' experience easy. I like how it makes sharing pages and posts on our website easy for our visitors. The different tools it offers us to engage our visitors is excellent.

Sometimes the Sumo slider gets in the way of the user's experience.
