A convenient and flawless survey tool. Gives me no hassles when used, especially that it carries all options I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is a very flawless platform. It has no errors or issues even on critical tasks.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am assigned to help in coming up with an organizational structure that covers social, legal and medical care accessibility of art workers in our country. And SurveyLab is helping me a lot in mapping all the demands of these workers efficiently. It helps me in coming up with an easy to view the presentation of such maps.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can create surveys easily with MySurveyLab, and they offer user panels, which I need for my current projects. It also comes with excellent reporting and a helpful help desk that is ready to answer all my concerns and questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I cannot pay for sampling services using cards. It could have been better if my subscription can be paid via cards.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our organization has a bold theory that we want to confirm or refuse. We cannot make a final decision without interviewing with a user panel first. We can now do some interview easily and confirm the theory and proceed with the project. This solution keeps everything easier, simpler, and safer for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?

SurveyLab features a huge arsenal of survey tools that I’ve used for some of my projects, and it has packed all of them into a simple and user friendly interface. It has handled all of my tedious data and survey projects way back in business school, especially that I have used its premium features. Everything is really worth paying for!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It only needs additional useful options for reporting. Other than that, it works just perfect that I cannot think of any bad thing about the tool.

This has helped me a lot throughout all projects involving surveys and data gathering. It aids me through problem-solving and is also a help for properly communicating with others.

I like that MySurveyLab has open-ended questions with different fields. It helps us manage users and multiply researches easily. The help support is also responsive whenever I encounter issues, or I need extra help.

There’s nothing I don’t like about MySurveyLab. Everything is there already!

It comes in a convenient monthly payment deal. I find the drag and drop features very useful for my tasks. The user support is also great because they easily answer all my queries regarding the tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It loads quite sluggishly, although it is somehow satisfactory for me. Also, some of its essential features are difficult to see.

The tool has reliable technical support that helps me anytime. Also, its monthly payment deal is perfect for academic research purposes.
