Its convenience is outstanding in terms of survey creation and data analysis. It is easy to pull out reports because it exports files into a handy PDF format. Different useful templates that are easy to tweak according to our needs and preferences are also available. This is how it largely helps us in creating and administering surveys, as well as sharing them into different methods to reach more people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am not satisfied with how the UI looks. It looks plain and boring for me, that is why I wish they’d upgrade it with better layouts.

Doesn’t cause any inconveniences when used because of its seamless and simple to understand UI. It has meaningful and quality survey questions as well.

SurveyMethods works great for me. However, its free version doesn’t feature the survey questions.

I can create surveys in a short time, and easily share them by sending links to certain people. Then, people do not need to register since they can begin answering the questions immediately, and the platform helps me gather responses conveniently. From the data I gather, the tool also helps me in coming up with comprehensive data business reports.

This is a big help when we need accurate and quality surveys in no time since it offers a lot of features for creating surveys we need. Say, we can begin by choosing between creating a survey completely by our own or choose the best built-in template for certain requirements. This is helping us a lot when we need to collect data, such as determining how people see our business. Moreover, it has a free version, and its paid platform is very affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It requires us to sign-up for an account before we can start taking surveys. The free tool limits the number of questions we can include for each survey, which is up to 20 questions only. So, we need to purchase the paid package to start placing more questions in our surveys.

This has made it terrifically easy for me to create surveys and distribute them to our brand audience. As a result, I can easily determine their perception of our brand and company. And this is essential for gearing up our business towards the best goals.

This gives me a great user experienced when used for surveys. Features an easy to understand UI where all processes are sorted out properly. And it is packaged in a very affordable price too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I had some rough experience in managing the platform. But it doesn’t affect my great experience with the tool that much.

All my surveys are sorted out properly, which is great in making me work efficiently. It is very easy to use for a functional tool as well.
