What are the best aspects of this product?
Compared to another similar tool that I've used before, this one is very user-friendly and I couldn't be happier with the results I got from this. Won't hesitate to use it again if needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I truthfully have no complaints about this tool, although I do have to say that I've only used it one time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It made information gathering go much quicker. I used this to find out from team members what would be the best time to set a meeting and it only took minutes for me to get the responses. Exceptional.

What are the best aspects of this product?
The response rate for Survicate is much better than competitor tools for collecting feedback. The app is easy to install and the product is explained well. The design of the widget perfectly matches our website. You can arrange when the widget appears to make it unobtrusive. It is easy to create custom targeting segments to offer a personalized service. Survicate helps us get useful feedback from our customers and visitors. If you use the data effectively, it can become a priceless asset for your company.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are no visible drawbacks. I had trouble with a few features initially, but the customer support agents responded promptly to resolve my doubts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Survicate for testing many hypotheses about our product development. Customer feedback after purchase helps us understand what features they consider important. We also collect feedback on our website about the purchase process. We use exit intent surveys to find out why people abandon our website and why they are not interested in buying our product.

What are the best aspects of this product?
One thing I appreciate about this is the flexibility it affords me when creating surveys. I can either come up with complicated and progressive surveys or send out message surveys that are simple and straightforward. With these choices, can get insight into how our customers think.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While it certainly looks better than other similar software, I have to point out that the analytics feature is basic. This is something that they can improve on in future versions.

This software has helped us out when it comes to understanding our partners and customers. Thanks to the feedback we've collected using this, we've been able to pinpoint areas where we can improve.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I've only been using this tool for a year but it's been a great help when it comes to information gathering. We've been able to use it to approach our users and get data from them for our marketing campaigns. It is a helpful tool that has helped us further improve our business. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Overall, I think this tool is great. There are a few lapses but they are ones that are similar to other software. If there's one thing to improve on, I guess they could add more interactive features in future versions?

I think using this tool has helped our email and online marketing reach their maximum potential. Since this tool helps gather information from our customers, we can take that information and incorporate that into our tools for email marketing and our marketing campaigns in general. Pretty sure that sales and marketing departments will love this.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the flexibility of this tool since surveys can be sent out through whatever platform you're comfortable using, whether that's Intercom, MailChimp, Salesforce, and so on. It's a great way to collect feedback from clients and customers, which our business has used to offer better experiences for our customers. I can even send it out as a link, so businesses can expect a much easier data collecting process when they use this tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Users get a lot more features when they sign up for the upgraded plan, and I do wish that some of those were available in the free version. Nevertheless, the free version is still a great tool even with lesser features.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With this tool, I've found it easier to manage the reputation of our business. Since the surveys are so easy to make, I can get into the minds of customers and have been able to adjust our services and websites so that they match what it is that our customers currently need.
