Truly excellent
Everyone who is renting property is vulnerable to a poor review - from someone who is grumpy. Like all the previous reviews I think this is a brilliant product and more importantly, wonderful people in support. I'm 62 and have a single property. I wanted to be less dependant to one channel and looked around - as others have said (see below) in more sophisticated/ knowledgeable ways, this sync system gives you great control at a very modest cost. Even my little place out in the sticks is 90% occupied out of season because I can use the right channel for me and the guests. However, and this is important, I did have a hiccup and a double booking where I blocked a date and a channel booked the same date within a few seconds. I ended up paying quite a chunk more to booking.com who claimed they could not find anything comparable for less than £200 more. The Syncbnb team stepped in and covered my cost. When you pay less for something you can often expect to get a little less in service - but not here. They are truly excellent.
