What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this tool provides us with robust data on business pitches and it provides with thorough knowledge on potential clients and their behavior on social media. ROI provides us with information on how social media works and our performance. This tool has one of the best client service and account managers, they help us get best experience from this product, they help us to figure out how this product works and what we get from it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some websites that we cannot pull out data from but I’m satisfied from this product at the end of the day.

It helps us to prove ROI and to connect our social media work. We can scale our social media across entire organization and data is easily accessible to everyone within the company and it can be used by various departments for different reasons and purposes.

Synthesio offers powerful defense system against potential risks to our brand, we can highlight customer sentiment and react faster according to the needs of our customers. Also, there are daily alerts that highlight potential risks and it depends on the data that is useful. The customer support team is always willing to help and assist us through every step of the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The auto sentiment tagging needs some improvements because sometimes mistakes neutral or positive comment as negative. Also, it can be hard to navigate it at times. To speak the truth, we use Conversocial tool for all reporting like response time, AHT, root cause analysis and volumes because Syntesio doesn’t offer these features.

We are able to see and track what our customers are saying about our service and product and it helps us to identify our weak points.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is easy to set up, it has great dashboard and user-friendly modules. It is customizable solution and easy to use. It allows us to update preferences and provides us with interactive data charts that are extremely useful for real-time analysing, monitoring and reporting. The support team is responsive and always willng to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to pull specific data from various social platforms, they could include more personalized data from social interactions and customers’ activities.

It helps us to get thorough recommendations for future brand building and awareness, we managed to turn trends into further growth . We can track out client behavior, their social activities and reactions from our customers.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about Synthesio is its flexibility, you can easily customize the dashboards so it can meet all your needs. I like the multiple topic structure approach for developing queries. The customer service is responsive, always willing to help and they care about our performance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’d like to see native platform engagements including mentions in the export. But when I mention this to their customer team they told me that they would work on this one.

It helps us to monitor numerous campaigns at the same time and to align with campaign objectives. Campaign analytics help us to measure client priority and interests. Also, we can measure by topic and channel which is very important.
