What are the best aspects of this product?

We installed Syspro on Windows server and everything runs smoothly. It is easy to set up as a private cloud, something that'll probably take more complex steps with more robust ERP systems. Hosting it gives us better control over network traffic and allows a seamless integration with our SQL data. Generally, we don't have any issue with Syspro in our client server.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can only take enough load, which works fine for us today as a mid-sized enterprise. Load balancing can be a bit slower than what we'd expect during peak EDI. Syspro is best for a small operation and I imagine it can get tricky if you're a multinational business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We get to migrate to a full ERP after our financial spreadsheets had become too much of a mess. Syspro is easier on the budget--a small business can get it up and running. It's a good entry system for us. Since we don't see the business expanding double or triple the size in the next five years, Syspro is a long-term investment for us.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Syspro is a great software! First of all, it's display is clean and easy to navigate through. This makes the processes quite easy to work with. In the rare chances that I'd run into issues, representatives from their company were able to walk me through the solution quite painlessly. It is packed with tools to that are actually helpful in the manufacturing sector of my company as well. From keeping track of orders and costs of production, to creating workflow calendars, and all the way to shipment, Syspro provides the complete support that one would look for in an ERP. Me and my bosses couldn't be any happier with this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You'd need to sit through the planning of implementing this system, which can be a time-consuming and tedious. As in the case of most ERPs, you'd need to take the time to strategize how best to maximize this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us consolidate and disseminate information across multiple operations in different locations. With its multilingual capabilities, it is easy for us to work with our counterparts in other areas.

What are the best aspects of this product?

From inventory monitoring to issuing invoices, SYSPRO has done a really good job at helping me stay on top of my business. I 'm currently studying the ins and outs of its more advanced uses so I can fully utilize this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just a word of warning: this isn't the best option for those who plan on winging the implementation process of their ERP tool (but this pretty much applies to tools similar to Syspro). Just take it from my company. We're currently rebuilding our systems because we've learned the hard way to always have a blueprint before working on the implementation of a system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has kept the workflow in the company smooth. We are now able to see the bigger picture, anticipate cracks in the workflow, and revise our plan of action accordingly.

What are the best aspects of this product?

What we like about SysPro are its customizability and flexibility. It allows us to modify its formats and fields and even offers great functionalities like the ones available in expensive ERP products. It offers a plethora of features such as work order tracking and financial management, which we also added to the current modules. It also helps make the process of transmitting invoices and strengthening our customer services a lot easier. All modules are adaptable to our changing business needs. The user discussion even keeps me in the loop about what’s new on SysPro.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Advancing to the software’s latest release is very time-consuming and tedious. Some features, setup, and installation take much time and effort.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our batch production is more in tune with seasonal sales and inventory. It's not perfect, but we're able to lower producer surplus and keep the production line busy and efficient. We get visibility by quickly pulling and mashing datasets on a spreadsheet to forecast production load.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy and quick to receive statistics and other information on Syspro. It also allows each user to customize what and how they see information. I like how it is flexible and easy to use. Also, every module in the system share the same visual feel, this makes understanding it pretty easy. The learning curve is not steep at all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been some issues with JAVA updates. It integrates really well with Syspro SRS system but whenever updates come up, we have to make some edits ourselves. There are times where these port updates led to more problems than fixing them. We hope that before such updates gets released, there would be more testing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Syspro to optimize and expedite our reports and other processes. Before, getting results takes a week or so. Now, with Syspro we get them in about five minutes. This is thanks to how the Syspro can integrate well with other systems and how the user interface is very easy to understand. This helps us in keeping our company relevant and profitable even when facing challenges from bigger players. We have been able to maintain leadership in our market.
