"Effective LMS at a Great Cost"
What do you like best?
It's excellent value for money and is relatively intuitive. The ability to integrate into Azure AD, along with the ability to assign default courses upon sign up, makes set up seamless
What do you dislike?
The admin user roll and teacher roll cause some confusion. You shouldn't be required to jump to the teacher from admin to perform specific tasks. I'd expect that the admin should perform all tasks from one screen.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The onboarding and ongoing training for users on new systems and policies. The ability to record who has taken part in training has allowed us to ensure a baseline of knowledge across the business.

"Good LMS in need of a authoring tool"
What do you like best?
It is a stable and reliable LMS for managing courses and users. The API is well documented for implementation and allows you to perform some basic actions in TalentLMS. Its Talent Library is great.
What do you dislike?
It lacks adequate authoring tools. Most LMSs out there include tools to generate content like articulate rise or even some LMSs on WordPress. TalentLMS still uses WYSIWYG to generate content directly on the platform which looks and feels very outdated by today's standards. Also, the monthly subscription is expensive and the upgrade rates are very high.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You will need to spend more on an external authoring tool to create quality content (e.g. articulate, adobe captivate, etc.) and then distribute it through TalentLMS. Also, be mindful of educating your users about privacy and cookie restrictions, or they will see a blank screen when they load SCORM in TalentLMS.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is currently used as an LMS for corporate training and user reporting. TalentLMS allows control of multiple users and distribution of SCORM courses with certificates of completion.

What do you like best?
The easy drag and drop function to add and rearrange courses. I believe that the integration with zooms and other webinar platforms comes in quiet handy. We are not using any other platforms so no comment on that.
What do you dislike?
Its somewhat a bit limited when it comes to customizaiton. Sometimes it is a bit challenging to admit users to a set of courses if they join the platform later than others.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are using it to manage our incubation startups and give them access to the courses. Overall the largest benefit is to mange their progress and the insights we get.

Areti and her technical team have been so wonderful in helping answer questions about vendor integrations and out of box value!
What do you dislike?
No integration with Udemy Business or an Objectives Tracking aspect (such as Paycor) and limited HRIS Integrations (such as Rippling).

We are able to easily enroll and group small sections of departments. We realize the benefits of built in learning paths, and instructor roles.
