Very inconvenient chat usability I have spent hours to understand how to respond offline messages. First they say create tick and then join. It is very difficult and non user friendly to find option how to respond to chats. Very bad and difficult interface

Be cautious when using this plugin

Be cautious when using this plugin. The developers appear to be fraudulent, siphoning, cloaking and redirecting traffic from others websites. I have just read a post on Wordpress.org from a user who has shared a link, saying the developers used it to redirect traffic from his/her website to other sources. The good thing is that no one has responded to the comment regarding traffic being cloaked or redirected.So I have completely stayed off. I went to wordpress.org to download it after having read many articles online and it could be that they sponsored the articles.I won't be using this tool at all for now. I am certainly going for their competitors.

I've been using tawk.to for several years, as a free service with all the features offered there's no doubt it should have 5 stars.The people that are adding 1 star reviews are mainly justifying it on fraudulent websites, not the messaging app itself.Would recommend.
