What do you like best?
They took over a 100 under performing PPC campaigns and turned them around. Doubled Sales and Halved our ACOS.
What do you dislike?
Dislike is a hard word that does not apply at all with these guys. I dislike nothing about them

What do you like best?
How well the AI works for bid management. The customer support aspect was very good. I worked with Allie and Mike. They provided insights on how the software worked and how to best keep on top of it.
What do you dislike?
It's kind of expensive. Needs to be used for a certain size account. Scalability is an issue to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to meet with your rep to get an understanding of what aspects you should be managing. Like anything else, if it goes unchecked it won't be effective.

"Great Product and Great Relationship!"
What do you like best?
The software is awesome and useful but we've all used software that was useful and then chose to go with a different software because the relationship wasn't there. Teikametrics employees are absolutely fantastic, extremely helpful and very responsive to any question or need. They have also made it a point to have a Partner Directory (that we have been added to) where you as a user of their software can find competent agencies for your e-commerce needs. Partner their relational ability with their industry and marketing prowess, it's a win-win situation for everyone.
What do you dislike?
So far with the software (we've been using them for 4 months), there have been several upgrades and updates. As with anything, it's always being updated and improved upon so the learning curve of the software initially wasn't too bad but with the new updates, you're still being required to learn and stay on top of the changes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a powerful very useful tool, make sure you understand how to use it and get the most out of it. Do not be afraid to ask support for help, they are nice people!

The problems I'm solving with Teikametrics is efficiency in our agency when it comes to updating and keeping current with the ads we are running for our clients. The benefits have been amazing! From the moment we implemented this software with one of our clients we saw an immediate drop in spend by 20% while seeing an increase in conversion. The benefits are greater ROI for our clients, greater efficiency for my staff (our time is being used better), and less spend with the same or better results.

What do you like best?
Allows me to manage multiple clients in multiple marketplaces, all from one interface. Allows agency to scale without adding staff. Essential automation tool for Amazon platforms.
What do you dislike?
The only things I've disliked I have suggested to them, and they have implemented, so not only do I save time, I save more time as the software matures to agency needs.

Managing bids across Amazon platforms in multiple countries. Discovering keywords in Auto campaigns to move to Manual campaigns. Allowing ACOS (and better yet, TACOS) be the KPI we automate to. Easily find what Campaigns products are being advertised in.
