What do you like best?
The Trade Desk provides insightful and helpful tools, such as the Planner Tool & Forecasting Tool that allows buyers & planners to make more informed decisions based on data instead of intuition or opinion. The Trade Desk also saves a lot of time with its bulk editing features and easy to use/ intuitive UI.
What do you dislike?
Bulk uploading image tags takes longer than it should. There should be a faster way to do this!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I'm able to forecast spend, impressions, and frequency levels within a certain geo and audience target. This has been extremely beneficial, especially compared to other DSPs I have used in the past that did not have this capability.

The geo targeting capabilities and B2B is much better than Google and I use it for this
What do you dislike?
Matching geos in DCM and the methodology difference is difficult with DMA oriented clients

This is a great B2B platform but watch out for anytime you have a client that needs to attribute DMA to conversion or activity through 3PAS as there are some inconsistencies

The best aspects of The Trade Desk is the various options it provides, including targeting, cross-device linking, bot avoidance and inventory providers.
What do you dislike?
The one aspect I dislike is the limit on only five conversions per campaign. This is troublesome when an account has more than five conversions to track, because you either need to cut the remaining or track them together with another conversion (all form submits instead of tracking them individually), which means you can't decipher which kind of conversion occurred.
