What do you like best?
The easy of using Touchplan its a great news to the users. Touchplan features performance is perfect and the project planning ability is what i love most and multiple users coordination capability.
Easy adding the tasks and also adding them on Time line and projects process tracking and the scheduling with this software is more effective.
What do you dislike?
No any issues to report about Touchplan functionality and for the new users it is a simple step to learn the product usability.

Touchplan features are easy to understand and manipulate, and the product offers the best project planning and scheduling capabilities.

Nice coordination and large projects management, task and document management and easy scheduling.

What do you like best?
Having a live platform to pull plan on remotely has been very effective and beneficial, especially during times where we cannot gather in a group.
What do you dislike?
Navigating Touchplan can sometimes be choppy and difficult. It would be helpful if projects can be filtered by trade so different workflows can be seen.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It’s a really great tool to track any delays. Having a section to write how and why an activity was delayed is great. We’ve also been able to avoid sandbagging the schedule by getting trades involved early and having real conversations about their activities and durations.

It is confusing the first time around with touch plan especially with zooming in.

Set up can be daunting. It can take a while to get everyone in, swim lanes set up and to view on a small screen.

We used touchplan to be able to deliver training on pull plans remotely. We will continue to use it to be able to train our foreman on properly using it to be most effective with our GCs
