What are the best aspects of this product?
My team and I are lucky to have found this platform. We sell hundreds of products through different online selling platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and of course, Shopify. With the help of TradeGecko, all of our products, invoices, and records are well organized under one system. We no longer have to do our inventory manually, which usually takes days to finish. Also, using this app makes it easier to process and ship orders right away. TradeGecko works seamlessly with different Apple devices, thus boosting our sales in no time. Using TradeGecko makes it easier for the team to check for items on stock in different areas, and we find it very useful during special sale events.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
For me, TradeGecko is a wonderful app that helps my staff, and I become more productive. It has a lot of positive attributes compared to the negative ones. I would say that they need to work on syncing the right product images in our Shopify accounts to avoid misunderstandings with our clients. This is just a minor issue, and I’m sure that they can work on this soon.

TradeGecko is a platform that is very much worth your investment because of its benefits and functionality. One is we don’t need to hire external auditors to do inventory. With TradeGecko, we can do it anytime and get the same results with less expenses and manpower. Two, I can easily read reports and provide trend analysis on each store because the numbers are easy to generate. Three is I can easily place orders from suppliers, ship products to clients, and send a detailed invoice for real-time payments. Last is I can sell my goods in other countries, and TradeGecko automatically converts its price into their corresponding local currency.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Before learning about TG, we were doing our inventory manually, which is tasking, and the figures are sometimes inaccurate. Our company has multiple branches, that is why we have to find an alternative on how to make things less complicated. Thankfully TG is continuously doing a fantastic job in keeping things organized. Our inventory is always updated, customer orders are processed and shipped right on time, and we have real-time visibility of our running sales. We have an existing partnership with Amazon, and TG sees to it that everything falls into place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Working with a third-party vendor has its perks and downside. One of the disadvantages that we often experience is delays, if not inaccuracies in our sales reports. I am hoping that TG can raise this issue because it also affects our inventory. These glitches can cause us hundreds of dollars in lost revenue.

TG is so versatile because, aside from taking care of inventory, it also does a lot of wonderful things for the company. Using TG is like having an efficient office assistant who takes good care of purchase orders, sends an invoice, and helps replenish stocks. With TG, everything is centralized, so all you need to do is to use one software to check if the item is on stock or if its no longer available.

My job entails me to deal with a lot of things in the office, and there are days when I can hardly manage my workload. I appreciate the fact that I was introduced to TradeGecko because it helped me deal with a lot of work-related issues. Handling inventory weekly is now easier and more convenient, plus I can process pending and bulk orders faster than before. Business transactions are now made easier because of TradeGecko. I can monitor incoming and outgoing stocks, manage pricing and discounts, take charge of invoices, coordinate concerns from warehouse, and maintain excellent relationships with clients by only using one centralized platform.

It would be great if they can sync TradeGecko with more 3rd party apps. Currently, we're using Square for collecting and processing different types of payments. If they decide to implement this system, it will be easier for us to keep track of our merchandise while selling them to our clients face to face.
