"User friendly and very robust"
What do you like best?
We use it to train all new team members and it is very friendly for them and for us as well. They all can complete the trainings with no problem and we as admins are all able to modify the courses on the go as technology changes or as we make changes to some of our processes.One of the things I like the most is being able to change the user's permissions and decide what they can or cannot do and how you can assign sections to specific groups or roles. Makes my training job much easier.
What do you dislike?
The only downside is that you cannot make one test mandatory before moving on to the next section, or at least I don't know how. I love everything else about the system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it, worth every penny.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves a lot of time with training new staff, and also training people from our other offices. We are always trying to keep up to date with technology and tools and trainual has made that so much easier. It also gives you an idea of the processes that are harder to learn and what the most common mistakes are. I really love this tool. It simplifies the process and makes everything go smoother.

What do you like best?
The most helpful action in Trainual is the fact any employee can go back to it at any given moment to retrain or remind themselves of a duty.
The upside to it all is the fact an employer can update, share & track any assigned training at any given time.
What do you dislike?
The least helpful thing about Trainual is the fact that other (Public YouTube) videos show after your employer’s training video.

Trainual is helping ALL training issues we’ve had in the past as employees and/or employers, such as “not enough time” to go over one on one training with new employees.

"Finally an effective way to train employees!"
What do you like best?
Trainual is by far the most effective way for employees to learn skills, policies, and the ins- and- outs of the company without wanting to pull their hair out. Practice makes perfect, right? Well, Trainual allows you to obtain the practice that you need to achieve great results in whatever line of work that you do. It's easy to follow, effective in training, and a great way for employees to refer back in case there's something that they're feeling a little iffy with. All in all, I would recommend Trainual to ANYONE looking to train their employees with success.
What do you dislike?
The ONLY downside of trainual is that there wasn't anywhere for me to type side notes or comments. Besides that, perfect!

You should most definitely sign up for Trainual if you're looking to have a simple, effective, fast way to train employees.

I am solving every day problems at work. Sometimes it's quite difficult to remember the price for each service or policy for each service pertaining to my work. It's so nice to have something to be able to refer back to. It's like a survivor's handbook for employees (new and old). Trainual has benefitted me greatly as well in the fact that if a fellow employee has a question, I can send them a link to a certain page of a trainual and it will answer all of their questions laid out in beautiful black and white for them.

"Trainual is the future of Onboarding!"
What do you like best?
We love that the manuals we have in Trianual are "living and breathing". We have the ability to update our policies and send notifications out to our entire team. This increases and improves our communication across all departments.
What do you dislike?
We would like an easier way to screen record for training purposes (we currently use loom) and a way to have employees sign onboarding contracts.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are increasing our organization and creating consistency with various departments. Before Trianual, each manager had an operating manual that they would round up when someone new was hired. There was no common training book or course that every new employee went through. Different departments had different onboarding practices and with this method, a lot of our general company and office information fell through the cracks. Now that we have Trainual, we have subjects that all employees are required to complete, as well as, the individual subjects for different positions.

"Great Reference Guide"
What do you like best?
Trainual has been a great reference guide to refresh memory of intricate policies and procedures. It is a great indicator of comprehensive knowledge and has been constantly adjusted and updated as our firm evolves. Another benefit of having Trainual is its ability to free up resources that would otherwise be attributed towards training. Trainual was a phenomenal resource for me as I went through my onboarding process. As referenced below, I would love to see this software grow to achieve the capability to interact with my outlook calendars, asana project management and traction goal-tracking software.
What do you dislike?
I wish this software was able to serve as a plug-in to my calendar. It is hard to track the progress of achieving tasks and completing lessons when the only way to keep yourself accountable is constantly logging in and checking your own status. I would also like to have some prompted queues to update the outstanding tasks. As many companies are constantly evolving, it is fairly common to have outdated processes and procedures for completed tasks. Another topic of improvement would be the employee profile. It would help encourage collaboration and help keep each other accountable. I would love to see a profile page and a team page with a couple metrics and a space to include questions and suggested updates for some of the tasks that are currently available.
