What do you like best?

As the Sales Lead, there is nothing more important to me then developing relationships and rapport with my customers and new prospects.User.com helps me achieve that by allowing me to personalize messages to potential leads visiting our website, so I never sound automated.

Furthermore the chat bot and live chat features definitely help keep my leads engaged and active, so they don't loose interest along the way. I also love the fact that I can access it directly from my gmail, very easy and practical to use.

What do you dislike?

I wouldn't say much really, its much more simple to use, at least for a company of our size as opposed to Hubspot or Salesforce.

Being able to manage marketing, sales and success on 1 dashboard at an affordable rate. Solves the issue of scalability.

- website visitors' tracking options which help to personalize the message in the right channels and at the right time, i.e we can easier communicate with the trial users and notify them before the trial ends or automatically send email campaigns to those whose trials version have already finished (to be in touch with them or ask them for a feedback which helps us to improve our tool to our potential customes' needs).

It helps us to find out more about the website visitors and potential customers and improve to convert them to paid customers. User.com helps to act accordingly basing on our visitors' behaviour, so that you know which contact should be assign and delegate to marketing, sales or customer support team. It helps to automate many communiaction processes, i.e. you can send a message and offer your support if you see that a visitor get stucked on a specific page, send your visitors emails with targeted CTA, invite your blog readers to join a newsletter etc.
