What do you like best?

It allows me to communicate with my clients in a fairly easy, simple and professional way, since it has several functions that allow me to explain in a much more didactic and striking way what I am exposing to my clients, I am impressed with the quality of the calls, the real image that is very clear and sharp at all times, configuring it for use is quite simple, nothing to do with slow and cumbersome processes that waste time, its drawing tools are very practical to when it comes to making eye-catching designs while we're on the same call, not to mention the fact that it allows us to share our screen if necessary to further improve the experience of our listeners if necessary.

What do you dislike?

I would like it to have integrated more payment options to cancel its services, such as Paypal, it is a payment platform recognized worldwide and they do not accept payments in this way, in addition to the fact of having a limit of 6 people in I find the same conversation disappointing, I think it is necessary to improve the number of attendees immediately

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has been very useful for me to make the presentations of my products and services to my clients, since many times when I decide to make a personal meeting, an unforeseen event arises for both the client and me, which led me to reschedule the appointment and have a whole delay in my schedule, but with this tool it is a matter of simply specifying a time in which we both have availability and each person from the comfort of their home or office can attend the meeting that was scheduled without having to postpone it to another day, it's a pretty handy tool really ...

"Video conferencing made easy"

What do you like best?

Very easy to use and completely able to brand your conf call page. Also the fact that you can have your private roomn and share your documents and chats after the meeting is done , is very helpful and handy

What do you dislike?

Sonetimes the connection drops due to the fact that it uses peer to peer. technology. It eats your battery! So be plugged in

If you need a fully functional eb conf call and collaboration tool, this is the right one

"Superb scheduling and video-conferencing platform with unique features"

What do you like best?

Compared to Skype, FaceTime, Zoom Webex, and the like, Vectera does convince with ease of use for all parties taking part in the online meeting. Granted, the video quality is not on the same level as Zoom or FaceTime, but Vectera is far more reliable and hasn't cut out on me once. The ability to sync with calendars and schedule appointments is easily setup. What I liked most, though, is the whiteboard functionality and document annotations. Vectera works without any annoying downloads or installations (Cisco, Zoom, Skype, anyone?) right out of the box.

What do you dislike?

There're a couple of improvements, though, and I've already highlighted them with the development team, which I found somewhat responsive and open to suggestions. One of the things I'm missing is, for example, the ability to conduct a meeting offline. Rather than online video, I'd like to provide the client with a phone number to call. Right there in the invite that's sent out once a meeting is scheduled as a phone call and not a video conference. This isn't possible with Vectera, and I can't wait for this small add-on to get implemented.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I was looking for a solution that provided both scheduling functionality and video-conferencing capabilities. The problem is that most providers have either the ability to assist with scheduling of meetings or cover the online meeting part. Vectera does both with bravura and throws in a couple of unique features that make it stand out.

"User-friendly online meeting tool!"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that you can work in your browser and you don't have to download or install anything. It makes this tool really user-friendly!

What do you dislike?

Not really suited for lager groups meetings

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I'm gaining time with online meetings with customers and partners.

Plus, I work a lot from home. So Vectera helps me to stay connected with my colleagues.

"Great tool for coaching and online meetings"

What do you like best?

Very handy that your documents stay safely stored until your next meeting, and that it automatically generates a unique meeting room for everyone booking a meeting with you.

What do you dislike?

It works perfectly up to a maximum of people. We once had a meeting with 15 employees and screenshare wasn't fluid;

Have a chat with the support team; they are incredibly helpful.

It's all-in-one: a scheduler for your clients, videochat, screenshare, cobrowsing, uploading files, interactive whiteboard...

So no more combining multiple tools.
