What do you like best?
We awlays seek ways to improve our communication channels with our clients and successfully deal with all their concerns. We got it with Voiptime Cloud. The product is easy to use and permits us to easily manage our call operations. From the reporting to real-time data, it helps meet our customers needs.

We haven't noticed any cons so far. Occasional slowness maybe

Before we started using Voiptime, we had challenges with our previous application as it could not seamlessly handle the blended nature of our call center.

What do you like best?
Thanks to Voiptime Cloud software we grant our clients with expert service. This software is especially useful for telesales, telemarketing companies for doing mass outbound campaigns. It also helps to process your warm leads or cold databases more efficiently, automate dialing and related routine tasks, track the main call center KPIs, and make the workflow more transparent. And the price is really interesting when you look at all the functionality included.
What do you dislike?
We feel a lack with the absence of a personal cabinet that allows us to control over our telephony expenses

Nothing, the software works well. The manual payment every month is something to update but otherwise it works like it should

What do you like best?
This is a blended call center solution handling both inbound and outbound calls, it has easily configured outbound campaigns with an IVR constructor and many more useful features. The vendor came up with a perfect combination of quality and cost-efficiency. It's worth having it!
What do you dislike?
I haven't find any disadvantages or things to improve as I'm provided with everything I need.

I was looking for a predictive dialer as perviously my agents were provided only with a simple autodialer. Voiptime is a great all-in-one solution.

What do you like best?
It has a great variety of features, especially I liked its detailed reporting and resources sections. Thanks to the Quality Assessment and Workforce my team are managed well and I've noticed a significant increase inefficiency. Generally, after using it for a while we realized its real robust and usage simplicity.

Unfortunately, voicemail option is not available
