What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the reasons why I enjoy working is due to using Volusion; they have excellent technical support staff. I am not savvy when it comes to all of these technical and programming staff, and they are always accommodating and patient whenever we need extra help or assistance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tech support is very much okay, but the downside is that Volusion made some recent changes in terms of support coverage depending on plan rates. For lower plan rates, they only offer e-mail or chat support, which does not apply to urgent issues. I'm sad that phone support is only provided for premier plans amounting to $299 per month. As much as I would like to subscribe to that particular plan, I find it expensive and unaffordable. As of the moment, we do not have any choice but to ask for help from chat representatives, which is time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am using Volusion not just for website creation but also to add some features to improve the overall look of my website. My main goal is to impress my clients at the moment they enter my site. The more time they spend browsing, there is a bigger chance that they will end up buying something. I see the positive impact of Volusion through my sales figures.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Volusion allows us to create a competitive website where we can freely showcase all of our products and services. Customization is allowed since there are countless of templates that you can choose to enhance your on-line shops. It also allows you to collect real-time payments using either credit/debit cards, which takes place as soon as the customer clicks the add to cart and check out option.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Should you wish to purchase additional templates for your website, you will be required to pay extra. The paid templates are helpful and necessary for an e-commerce site, but I'm thinking twice whether to purchase some or not because I find the pricing too expensive for my liking. Also, there are times when credit card payments are being declined outright because there aren't enough shipping cards available on stock. We have raised this issue repeatedly to Volusion, and we are hoping that they can take action as soon as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the main selling points of Volusion is its ability to collect online payments in real-time. It is easier for you to sell your products and services and gain unlimited income by utilizing your e-commerce website. We no longer have to spend countless productive hours doing inventory because the app itself does the job for you. So you always have an idea of how many items of each product you have sold at a specific time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Volusion gave me the ultimate solution to help me manage the overall sales of my products. Using the software is relatively simple, straightforward, and a lot better than others. My e-commerce site is now organized, making it easier for us to process all orders as soon as they come in.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app sometimes logs out unexpectedly while customers are in the middle of doing their shopping. I hope that they can fix whatever bug is causing this to happen because we might lose customers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to come up with a streamlined process in order-taking. All orders are processed correctly and shipped right away, while credit and debit payments are collected from our clients on the same day.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Volusion is a great tool that you can use if you would like to venture into an online business. Even if you do not have any knowledge of coding, you can still manage to create your first business website by following the instructions provided by Volusion. There are a lot of templates to choose from that allow you to decide what to do with your website. You can also select specific background themes that will match your business profile and help highlight both products and services that are being offered online.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The plan rates are not that affordable based on my current status. What I have right now is the lowest plan that is around $30, and I wish that I can get it a lower price since I am only relatively new in the industry. However, I think that if your business can afford to pay for the highest plan, then you should go for it because of the return of investment is worth it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

No need to work with 3rd party platforms like Amazon or eBay; it creates a lot of issues in terms of shopping, shipping, and payments. Having your very own website allows you to be in full control of your daily business operations. All you need to do is to come up with different methods on how to increase the incoming traffic to your website.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Volusion is like a package that comes with a lot of surprises. My ultimate dream is to make it big in the design industry. I dreamt of launching my very own virtual shopping center and having the privilege to promote all my products and services. I am fortunate to work with Volusion because they allowed me to launch my online store by providing me all the essential support I needed. Now I can easily access my e-commerce site wherever I go using either a computer or a mobile phone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My working relationship with Volusion has been anything but smooth sailing. I admire the way their employees deal with their clients. There is nothing I don't like or appreciate about the product, and I hope that they continue to work harder to come up with better ideas in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Volusion, I was able to streamline everything that concerns my business. I was able to launch all my products in the market without any outstanding issues, and I get all my required reports promptly. Now I no longer have to worry about computing for value-added tax for each product. Volusion takes good care of it already because it allowed me to launch my online store by providing me all the essential support I needed. Now I can easily access my e-commerce site wherever I go using either a computer or a mobile phone.
