What do you like best?
Voximplant has great functionality and flexibility as a communication platform.
Excellent documentation and devtools are always up to date. They offer 24/7 technical support and always answers questions quickly.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there are so many ways to implement the required functionality that we are faced with a choice of exactly how to do it. On the other hand, technical support always suggests which tool is best to choose to implement the required service.

Jivo an omni-channel business messenger. Our live chat widget is embedded in our customers’ websites so they can communicate with their customers. More than 270,000 sites around the world trust JivoSite to communicate with their customers.
We have many competitors: instant messengers, direct calls to companies, emails, etc so we always need to provide differentiating features. We chose Voximplant so that we could offer a new web calling feature that enables our users to speak with their customers on the phone while exchanging messages and documents at the same time. This feature has been very well received by our customers.
In addition, the callbacks feature we implemented with Voximplant helps close deals when only chat isn't enough. Our customers combine these two communication channels to increase conversions at all stages of the sales funnel.

What do you like best?
subscription plan is convenient and do not have to commit to be expensive plan. The scenario build is easy to use and helps when you are trying to architect the environment. You can test your scenario before putting into production. Gui is user friendly with color coding. Phone numbers can be easily purchased.
What do you dislike?
The bot can be glitchy and does not work correctly unless it's setup with lot of details. Setup can be difficult if you do not know json or understand the technology.

Fast and easy integration - calls are made automatically based on event triggers we set.
Efficiency - we were able to build a smart IVR with advanced speech interaction that increased the number of successful calls by 17%

We got hung up on some of the telephony concepts during our integration, but additional updates to the documentation made it possible to speed up the process

A year ago, we occasionally observed some issues on the platform side with Voximplant’s SBCs that impacted some calls. We are grateful these problems were fixed quickly..

We run a service that connects professional lawyers with clients online to help with a wide variety of legal needs. These calls are a perishable item. If you don’t pick up the phone - you’ll lose the client. We used to have a call center that received calls from clients and transferred them to lawyers, but the new system from Voximplant now lets us directly connect clients to our legal partners.
