What are the best aspects of this product?
Going paperless has never been this easier! Webexpenses has allowed me to consolidate all of the company’s receipts in its database. Now, obtaining reports and get approval for claims are so much easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The reports, admittedly, can still be improved, aesthetic-wise. Right now, it looks really generic and does not facilitate understanding at all. It would be nice to at least have the sections color-coded.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve managed to get rid of the piles and piles of receipts on our desks and have transitioned to paperless process.

What are the best aspects of this product?
For an expense management tool, Webexpenses surprisingly gives room for play to its users. The design and layout are fairly simple, but I’ve been able to tweak some aspects of it to my preferences. It’s relatively easy (one can even say interesting) to get to know too. I was trained by my supervisor and I’ve also taken the time to read through the manuals--both methods have been really helpful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m still in the process of getting to know this program. So far, nothing seems broken. I’d have to keep my eye out for any issues first.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve transitioned to paperless processing and administration of expenses. Through Webexpenses, we’ve cut the time on going through every receipt and then generating a cohesive report from it.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We needed a program that would have the flexibility to adapt to our complex work processes and needs. So far, Webexpenses has been the only one to fit these specific criteria that we have set. We worked with their team to have everything set-up, and they were able to do so very efficiently. They didn’t charge us for the extra work too! I can tell that this is the start of a really fruitful partnership.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Onboarding a new account approver does have its issues. For example, there were still some unapproved claims in the former approver’s pipeline, but those did not transition to the dashboard of the new one. New tax and HMRC rates don’t get updated in real-time too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve been able to round up the management of expenses across all our different operations around the globe. We’ve also been able to access more data so we can keep track of all expenditures.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I really like the degree of care that Webexpenses’ customer support team gives their users. The tool is easy to use in the first place too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Users have no problem navigating the tool. However, as an administrator, I have encountered some limitations that I think should be lifted. For one, I’d like to be able to segregate all my active and non-active users without having to sift through all of my lists.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It’s been so much easier to track all of the credit claims our customers put through this tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We’ve managed to reduce the bulk of our admin work thanks to Webexpenses. Now, we don’t have to go through piles and piles of receipt just to produce a report. The whole transition to this paperless technology of tracking our expenses has been relatively painless thanks to the Webexpenses team too. This is definitely a tool that everyone can benefit from.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Once in a while, I notice lags whenever I try to upload files up on the system. I would appreciate it if the team were to look into this.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our team members have been able to submit their company-issued credit card bills for refund more easily now.
