BEWARE
BEWARE: UNSCRUPULOUS FIRST: The company will automatically renew without prior warning, notification or option to renew. I no longer wanted nor needed the software and I requested a reversal of the charges which was initially offered and promptly rescinded the next day claiming that I needed to cancel and that the company policy was not to refund of which there was nothing in writing. I've in the midst of providing my credit card company with more documentation to get this amount refunded. You people are a scam and should be ashamed of yourselves! I cannot and will not endorse a company that operates in such a dishonest manner. The Software does not accomplish what even basic webinar software offers. The ability to edit without having to create a live recording. Utilizing Office products

The system is NOT ready to be used by real users
The system is NOT ready to be used by users. It supposes to be in BETA. The constant issues with connection during the live webinars, bugs, issues with the booking system make it extremely unreliable. We have recorded a live webinar in April, where we've used screen sharing, we are still waiting for a fixed version of the replay here in October, because for some reason the screen sharing part was completely distorted. Apparently, multiple people were working on this issue, but no solution was provided. The biggest mistake was to pay yearly before fully testing the system. Total waste of time and money.

In-webinar polls are particularly…
In-webinar polls are particularly helpful. Eliciting user participation can be a challenge, people can be shy and passive. But the polls are 'low effort', people will answer them, and then they like to see the results. I also like the 'open questions list' feature, where you can mark a question as answered. Also, creating webinars is easy and they run reliably.

Customers are beta-tester
WebinarNinja was an okay platform for webinars. Not the best, but not the worst... Until their new update that was launched at the end of last year (I think it was).Since then, everything that worked stopped working: Bad connexion to server, session not recorded or sound only or video only. It was only after several months that WebinarNinja could give me the missing recording of a webinar. The sound was terrible.Things are not thought through, for example: I use to archive my webinars the day after I sent them (I use the recording that I put on YouTube instead), so my dashboard is always neat and empty.Well, in that case, you can’t go back to your archive webinars. You can’t see “Past webinars” either. It automatically puts you in the “Create New Webinar” category and you can’t go out. Whether you click on your Dashboard-button, or “My webinars” or try to change the URL... You can’t go anywhere else than the “Create New Webinar”.Support is slow, obviously can’t do much else than tell you they gave the information to the developers, and you just have to wait.I gave them a last chance after discussions with support, and I held some more webinars. The recording were acceptable, but I had to record the sound beside to dub it afterwards because the sound is terrible.Last Monday, at the moment where I had to start the webinar, my browser (it works almost exclusively with Chrome, by the way) just was loading and loading. My connexion was excellent, it told me, but I just couldn’t connect to their servers. I only could chat with my participants. Nothing else worked, so I had to cancel and find a new date for a webinar, this time with another host.If you want to pay to be beta-tester on a system that doesn’t work, go ahead, use WebinarNinja. If you prefer something that works, I would strongly advise you to find something else.
