What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to use yet robust, it has some nice functionality that helps me as an everyday worker to plan my tasks, see the work i need to to. WiseTeam also helps me prioritize my current projects and tasks in addition to giving me a chance to see what is everyone else up to and being able to help them in advance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The timesheet aspect could be handled a bit better because assigning time to tasks can be a little uncomfortable, especially if the tasks have an unusual duration.

What are the best aspects of this product?

WiseTeam is a very robust tool that has all of the functionalities we could ever need to run our business. As the director I do enjoy the fact that I can see what everyone is working on, how busy they are and have a good idea which projects are doing well and which need more attention.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since the software tries to fit all needed tools in one package it can get a bit complex, but luckily the support team is happy to help whenever an issue arises.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see more integrations with other tools, maybe integrating the software with a messaging platform like slack, because the communication part is a bit lacking.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We track employees' time more accurately;
Bill our clients with more confidence, because we have the entire work history for each client;
Better tracking of everything happening in the company, from individual tasks to multiple projects being executed at the same time.
