So far I’ve loved…
So far I’ve loved the experience I have had with them and excited to continue to grow with them it’s only been a small sample size about 2 months so I’m super excited to see how the rest of this year plays out !

Worst company
Worst company, they scam and pray on small business, everything everyone said is true and we should all do a class action law suit against them to get our thousands of dollars back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I WISH I'd taken heed of the negative reviews on here and saved myself a huge amount of money and pain. Having fallen for the slick marketing of a data driven, managed, integrated marketing platform which would provide me with new creatives and strategies each month I am here, five months down the line, having paid $4,500 and received one set of the worst performing Facebook Ads I've ever run, suggestions for my Google Ads which are just the automatic recommendations that Google gives you and a poorly written, amateurish email campaign. All of which I could have put a better version of together myself in a day. I tried to quit three months ago realising then that it was a con. They have illegally held me to a contract they aren't fulfilling and I'm now having to pursue legal options to get myself out of it. Please, if I can stop one person making the same mistake as I did that will be a silver lining. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE

Solid company that does what they say they will do
I had used Wishpond to work on my site's SEO and to create social media content last year and the work they did was sound, competent, and accomplished the goals we set out to achieve in our initial meeting. SEO scores improved by over 55% in the first 6 months and traffic to our site increased by 25% in that same time frame. We were not able to use them to do lead generation due to the nature of what we sell not being compliant with most social media platform's terms of service, but we are beyond thrilled with what we could outsource to them to manage. The SEO was very inexpensive compared to quotes I got from other local agencies. The process was great at the start, and then things got a bit shaky for the 2nd month, but once we understood the way each side worked, and the expectation was set properly, I would say that it was smooth sailing for the last 4 months. Communication was not al all what some of the reviews here state, I always got answers in a timely manner and meetings were concise and reporting was clear.I will be renewing again when the current agreement is completed without hesitation.

Scam, take your money, don’t complete the service. Collect leads for themselves.
Scam. Sadly we would not and have not recommended Wishpond to anyone. We were a Wishpond partner for a couple of years until recently (not by choice). It was obvious that our ads, newsletters etc were outsourced for the write ups, most of them sounded like they were written by someone who did not understand proper English and included spelling mistakes often including our business name. I would have assumed the account manager would check these things, instead I had my own staff editing, rewriting and fixing mistakes for Wishpond. Our campaigns were NEVER delivered on time, we had to chase them up for months on end. We also asked for our payments to be paused because of this which was repeatedly ignored. We tried to pull out many times because the service was slow and unprofessional. Only then would we get a call making false promises to fix or improve the service. It never happened. We were assigned multiple different managers, while our last one was friendly, the work was still amateur, unprofessional and took 5 months to deliver a single campaign, all the while our money continued to be taken.The discount offers were never set up on launch of a campaign so we would get endless emails and complaints. They would advertise out of stock items which also caused complaints.We had our website taken over without our permission that was set up to deliberately not allow anyone onto the site unless they gave Wishpond information on their landing page. You could only provide information or leave the website. This cost us dearly until we had it removed.We asked Wishpond for OUR leads which WE were paying for and were told this was not a possibility. They were quite happy to export our own leads (again without our permission).I asked my web developer to assist me exporting my Wishpond leads and while there is a button on the dashboard to do this, it is fake and does not work.The only reason Wishpond could stop taking money eventually was because our card expired but this just resulted in threats of them not doing anymore work, despite being paid 6 months in advance and it being Wishpond who was not delivering.We were scammed into staying in our contract regardless of Wishpond not delivering services.It became apparent that Wishpond is a scam to use other people’s money to collect leads for themselves. The professionalism ended the moment we were signed up and they were able to take money from us, even after repeated attempts to ask them to stop taking money until they were delivering the campaigns.It’s a real shame as I believe Wishpond has the potential to be a good business partner, if only they would do what we are paying for.No time or care was spent on delivering professional campaigns but rather on chasing money for services they weren’t completing.
