Refreshing, excellent company

I've actually just cancelled my annual subscription for WordPress, no complaints with them just not had the time to maintain my site.When I saw they had taken £50 out of my bank account I went to cancel and expected to have to email them and call to explain I didn't use it and ask for a refund but was delighted to find that when I went to cancel it was simply a click of a button and they automatically assumed I'd want a refund. Nice and simple and so refreshing! Thank you WordPress, I will definitely use you again as needed in the future

I'm really baffled by all the poor reviews, wordpress.com has absolutely customer support. The fact they regularly help me work out CSS fixes on top of my more familiar tech support stuff is incredibly valuable.

Wordpress offers great set of plugins and customizable options

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is my N.1 favorite CMS tool, I used other CMS platforms and I have some SEO plans built within each one but Wordpress is far more beyond all these CMS solutions, because it allows me to do things that I couldn’t within other systems. I love its plugin options because they provide me with everything I need and it allows me to add features. The platform is free to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are plugins that consume lot of memory. Also, it can be really hard to do some custom theme work especially if you do not have some developing skills and knowledge.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Wordpress is useful solution when it comes to SEO optimizing and custom work, it saves us lot of time and money and it helps us to look more professional.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like Wordpress. The team behind it is extremely creative because they make the Wordpress one of the best Content Management System in the market. It is one of the best platform that allows you to do almost everything you can think of by using its plugins. I am able to relate the plugins to Apple app store and Google Play app store. It offers great set of plugins. This tool is made for blogs and content but it is great solution for running a website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could update some of the main codes so I can be sure that the platform would be updated fast.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Wordpress you don’t have to worry about the content of the website.

Always used Wordpress for as long as I can remember as it's easy to use and set up. I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Kaycee who has been an absolute star in helping me with a subscription issue that I had. They were speedy and super helpful!
