What are the best aspects of this product?
It is very similar to the interface and functions of Facebook, except that it's more restrictive. That makes it easier for users familiar with Facebook to get used to it. It allows us to post announcements, send messages privately, organize members per department, and get notified of updates.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope we could improve the filtering system for the posts and limit access to other members so irrelevant topics can be avoided.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It definitely improves the way we do things in our workplace. The chat allows us to stay connected with our teammates. We can do tons of activities together, such as polling and other collaborative tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love this platform because we get to share ideas with our co-workers in a fun and engaging way. It has all the essential features Facebook has.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope they would soon add integrations to allow users to edit documents within the platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Because it is the same interface as Facebook, we could save a lot of time that is supposed to be allotted for training to use new and unfamiliar internal communication software.

It is a less uptight way to connect with your workmates. It's more fun, less formal. It allows you to get to know your workmates well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope I could access this via the regular Facebook app.

We mainly use this share updates within the company. It's better than having everything emailed to me which kind of floods my inbox. The group and chat functions are also really helpful to keep our team connected.

They could improve when it comes to searching for groups. It's currently a bit difficult to do this.
