The add-ons make this tool powerful enough to be one of the only plugins I use when I build websites. For restaurants, I've used the payment add-on, and for content publishers, I've used the ability to take content from the form and publish directly to WordPress. Love that it connects with Zapier, Mailchimp and other tools I use to automate my processes and save valuable time!

I wish it was easier to style in the form. It's simple enough with some basic CSS knowledge, but I wouldn't expect my clients to be able to create a styled form on the fly.

CSSHero is a great tool to help style the forms to match your website if you aren't very familiar with CSS.

Automated publishing. I've had projects eat up tons of clients billable hours because of how long it takes to gather content, save it to my computer and then upload it into the WordPress dashboard. WPForms can do it automatically, which frees me up to tackle new projects.

I was extremely pleased to hear that WP Forms allows a quiz-like structure for their forms along with a green progress bar. This has been very helpful for my organization.

I haven't come across anything I dislike yet. The only thing I've come across that requires a learning curve is implementing some CSS classes, but that just comes with the learning curve of building a website.

Bringing in new leads will be much easier now that we can use Zapier to connect WP Forms straight to our CRM, rather than having to connect via a third party application.

How quick and easy it is to get your forms up and running on your site. The tutorials are easy to follow and you don't need to be a web admin .

Not so much a dislike as a nice to have. The ability to mass print individual forms to PDF to include the full form page and form fields. Essentially as if it were a paper form. This is crucial for certain forms like consent forms.

Collecting contact information from partners; consent forms; short emergency grant applications.

In my last contract - I use WPForm to buildup entire Event Registration and payment form. Although it was a bit difficult, it became an asset for future events. I can run through coding so easily as I was working on custom code. Some fo the feature I use in the WPForm were user registration, form with category and options selections, if and else feature, payment gateway, integration with ZAPIER. In my other application, I have a link with my CRM for Lead Management. Now it has become standard for me to use WP Form in each of the web projects I undertake.

On my personal website https://www.evisionatlanta.com, I drop the idea to install woocommerce and install WPForm enabling the customer to purchase various option, this help me a lot to directly link with payment gateway, lead generation and project management.

Now I am learning how can I use 200+ features from zapier while integrating with wpform - infact wpform has comeup with wphook that is another new option that I can use to link my website to various third party extensions

WPForm is evolving and so am I along with WPForm.

It's not actually disliked but, since it has spoiled me so much that, I started expecting more from the tool and I hope WPForm will improvise more in the future. WPForm sits very well on Wordpress and can be integrated with various third-party. I am expecting down the line it would have more features like more configuration options.

One must consider WPForm if they are looking for form and small application requirement to be set on the WordPress
