Correction - This product is very nice - easy to use with a lot of Functionality

The support page can be hard to find , a phone number would be nice

I had an issue with emails but once I was able to find the support people they fixed the problem in a couple hours.

What are the best aspects of this product?

With Wufoo I am able to create web forms, and it provides me with many types of templates, and this gives me full freedom to create online forms and event registration pages the way I want. Great tool for non-IT candidates, because you are able to maintain their online events or to choose other web forms. In my opinion you don’t need to create a form with huge amount of icons and feature characteristic, but if you use this tool you can easily create and manage basic and effective form. I have to say that by using this tool you will find out how fun it is to do all the work online and the most important thing is that you don’t need extra knowledge in IT-section.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my opinion, WuFoo is great for small companies and web forms, but if you need to create more complex form then I don’t think that wufoo is right choice for you, because requires portal access and you have to create long forms and all the work will be boring because you won’t be able to do the whole work in one sitting.

We use it to create event registration for our events and to build survey forms.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Forms have worked in the past. Service has deteriorated and there is no easy way to contact technical support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Where do I start. Organization has a pre-paid account that's paid up through another 5 months. Account was suddenly disabled, with no notification or explanation from Wufoo. Attempted to locate a technical support phone number or email address on the Wufoo website to no avail. There's a contact form that requires login; when you log in, the form link disappears.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Contact user before you disable account. Offer some explanation when you disable an account. Offer a technical support email or phone number. Don't insist on login for contact and then remove the contact option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All forms disabled. No easy way to communicate with Wufoo regarding why and how to resolve.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Wufoo does an awesome job in creating advanced forms then embedding them to your site without taking lessons on advanced coding or html. What I like is having the capacity in utilizing conditional formatting. This is where you're able to make adjustments on a set of questions (depending on how a user approaches and answers a question). Furthermore, Wufoo has integration for Zapier, Mailchip, Zoho, and other e-mail lients for an easy sending of follow-ups.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Compared to other form-creating platforms, it's hard making customizations (in terms of feel and appearance ) to a Wufoo form. While a CSS option is available, it's still hard to do. Even if we were able to do so, we still couldn't get it right.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using Wufoo forms for contact on different online sites. But a majority of it are WordPress sites. Whenever an individual compeletes a form, that person will then receive a message with contact details for follow-up. In some scenarios, a user may be prompted to download an e-book or some other online resource and then brought over to a drip marketing chain.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The UI is highly intuitive. It's really simple to start off on my very first form. I thought there wasn't much learning curve to go through. I like the simplicity of implementing the forms into any online site. You even have several ways of doing it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are certain areas that couldn't be controlled. I felt there's a simpler way to remove specific things. I ended up heading straight to the code editor to get rid of my form title --- it's clunky, to be honest. The theme builder's customization is a disapppointment. There's a lack of control and the options present appears to be less likeable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At times, we wanted to go for a form that's simple and quick for our site. We barely have the time or need to create customizations in our site's structure. Wufoo is a perfect 10 in such projects! We can swifly deploy a form without developer assistance. It's very useful when putting out temporary forms.
