What are the best aspects of this product?

The app’s flexibility to integrate into different platforms is what got me in this program. I can schedule different meetings for my agents and clients in different platforms like Google or iCloud calendar. I can also assign my agents either randomly or manually.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As a web-based company, we also deliver to foreign customers and I find it burdensome that we have to switch profiles just to cater to them, I hope that sooner or later the app can provide a multilingual option to streamline our operations and avoid the need to switch accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helped us in setting our schedules with our customers, as the app automatically aligns their schedule to their calendar whether it is in Google or iCloud, it greatly reduced those last-minute cancellations.

What are the best aspects of this product?

YouCanBook.me is a superb technology which is like an electronic secretary. I rarely write reviews but this one is just worth the commendation. It has a beautiful interface, very easy to control, offers integration with Google calendar, and does help me manage my team’s availability effectively. They also have a wonderful customer support team that consists of wonderful people with wonderful work ethic and values. They are really working hard to provide exceptional customer experience and focuses on helping the customer succeed. I even had a conversation with one of their UX guys and he told me stuff about the interface design and configuration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve checked everything offered by the software and so far everything is great. The only thing that would probably need some improvement was the Zoom integration. It would be great if that’ll be more automated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software removes the stress and worries related to scheduling. It also lets me and my clients save lots of time. I just send out the time I’m available to meet clients and they decide which one is the most convenient for them.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I just love how this platform is easy-to-use for both parties, as it aligns our schedules from both ends to avoid conflict. The program’s tech support was also helpful in walking us through the interface.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t encountered any problems yet so far.

It greatly reduced conflicts with our clients as the app provides transparency and alignment to both parties’ schedules.

What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all I like the integration with Outlook. I like that I get immediate notification whenever my students book an appointment. The good thing is that when the calendar or date is busy no one can book a meeting. There is an option for canceling the appointment. The UI is straightforward, clean and intuitive one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The set up was some what difficult but I think this is more because of the Outlook. I had some issues with persona vs. Work microsoft accounts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can make appointments and all I have to do is to send YCB.me link to my students and they are ready to schedule on their own. I don’t have to send them request or emails in order to book meetings with them. I can put the link on announcements page and all they have to do is to click it to book.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that YCB.me has great integration with Google Calendar and quick directionally updates. The product is highly flexible and it has lto of options for customization and all you have to use are CSS and HTML. The price is affordable and simple to learn, the concepts are easy to understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that the UI is not suitable for huge companies and they could make the integrations even more intuitive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for real-time views of calendars and to provide easy book appointments to our customers instead of using emails to set the appointment. It allows us to include email signatures and to solve scheduling problems. We can book more appointments and get the results we need in less than no time.
