PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
From the very beginning, I was impressed by the accuracy of the system. Other vendors in the field talk much about automation and all AI and ML stuff too, however, none of them offers as much as 95% of accuracy. But with YouScan we can indeed free ourselves from manual work and rely on the data received from the system. It is great that there is no need to log in to the system every time, our team gets all the essential data directly to the CRM. YouScan easily detects industry trends, analyzes sentiment, gives visual insights and segment data in a fully automated way allowing our team to make data-backed decisions. I love the continuous improvement approach of YouScan that help us to use innovative technology and take maximum insights from social media.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I am fully satisfied with the system. It covers all the needs we have at the moment.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be great not only to see the trends in real-time but also to get predictions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
YouScan helps us to measure the efficiency of our marketing campaigns and make corrections in real time. We started working with influencers and boosted our marketing performance tremendously. YouScan notifies our team about any negative mention across the web which allows to react fast and avoid further escalation. We easily keep an eye on everything that happens around our brand across the social web from different angles. Isn't it magic?

What do you like best?
YouScan is one of the major players on the Social Media Listening field. The project was created in 2009. It has good range of data collection and analysis tools and provides users with simple and friendly interface. One of the key features of the service allows users to gather desired amounts of historical data by quite decent pricing options. During the years YouScan has developed the number of machine learning tools & capabilities to help clients get faster and better results.
The service aggregates all types of Social data from vast range of sources (including VK, Facebook and Instagram), blogs, forums, Telegram, traditional Online media.
YouScan team provides top-notch customer care services. As a research entity, we always had specific approach to the tool, having constant support of the team with all our needs and requests.
What do you dislike?
API services are a subject to further development & improvement. In some cases, which include big amounts of data, current API restrictions may cause unexpected and non-desired obstacles during data collection and processing.

What do you like best?
1. YouScan has a very accurate sentiment detection, that helps us to get a precise analytics on our campaigns.
2. Customer support helps us to quickly solve any issues or questions right in the interface of YouScan.
3. With Smart Alerts, we can instantly get notified about critical issues related to our brand, so we can timely react and prevent the crisis.
4. YouScan's helper, AINA, sends us reports with the most important analytics directly to our emails every week, so we can share them with other departments.
5. We really enjoy the fact that we can merge the duplicates of posts, so we can see only relevant and uniques mentions in the stream.
What do you dislike?
We would like to get an opportunity to simplify the process of setting up Smart Alerts - it's a bit complicated right now and requires help from the customer support team.

What do you like best?
We tested several software vendors for monitoring brand mentions and chose YouScan. I like everything; we’ve been doing business together for two years now.
There are several things that I would like to note:
- It is crucial for us to be instantly notified about new brand mentions. YouScan allows us to integrate the chatbot with Telegram, so we can receive alerts without a need to log into the program interface. It’s convenient.
- Precise setup of data collection, the ability to exclude irrelevant mentions.
Automatic daily reports generated by AI. You can quickly share relevant information with colleagues.
- Exporting mentions of a certain period to a document or a table helps us to create internal reports.
- I like the support team. In an online chat, YouScan’s managers quickly and thoroughly answer all our questions. Sometimes customer support managers analyze the account on their own and come back to us with tips on improving the data collection algorithm.
- The company also holds educational events and webinars, where you can discover the best practices of different companies.
