TAKE A MAJOR PAUSE BEFORE SIGNING WITH ZENOTI
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
We first looked a Zenoti as we are a Canadian Franchise company and were scaling to the US. Our previous system was booker and we were looking to minimize some of the issues that we were facing with Booker. The owner D took us through a glamourous view of the system with alot of the functionality that was not in place. We were sold on stripe royalties, stripe payments for staff, and online shop etc. None of this is in place in the Canadian market and it is limited. We were promised Q1, Q2, 3 and now today I have received a note saying they are moving away from Stripe and are trying to work with a another partner but oops sorry you need to wait until Q12020.
Our platform was not set up well and you can certainly see this is a company that has ALOT to iron out. Yes they raise money but this system will cost you MUCH more than booker and mindbody in the marketplace. Reach out to me - I have loads of emails I can send you on our frustrating experience.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They need to do better all around to be honest.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like Zenoti to live up to the promise at our time of sale.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nothing - I have more problems now.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It’s very easy to access their support team. All I have to do is to click on the icon at the right bottom corner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice to have a master file of all pending tasks/bookings rather than having to check each individual account.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We’ve said goodbye to confirmation calls to our clients. We simply send text confirmations instead.

What are the best aspects of this product?
My favorite thing about Zenoti is that they always have a support team available. I can simply send them a quick message on their chatbox, and they will respond right away. This gives me added confidence in exploring the app.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Everything works. I don’t have any negative notes about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zenoti’s search function is quite robust. I can easily look up a client and gain access to their information. It has a reliable database.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This was such an easy app to get to know. It also helps that their support team was always just a click away.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The appointments are basically set in stone—it’s hard to rebook them. It’s almost impossible to check prepaid appointments too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a good tool for tracking bookings, payroll, etc.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We no longer miss appointments and bookings ever since we started using Zenoti. It’s very easy to learn and teach our staff too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has some bugs to it, but nothing major. I just haven’t figured out how to fix these yet.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This is a whole lot better at tracking bookings and appointments than the last app we used.
