Ziflow

We have had great experience dealing with this company from the get go. Customer Service and help desk are incredibly responsive when we see issues but also when we request new features. We at least always get a quick acknowledgement. We have seen great improvements in their interface and they are always looking for the next improvement, constant upgrade and client satisfaction. Our former service rarely responded to inquiries.

Ziflow has helped our team in many ways to better our team communication but also our client communication.

The biggest issues we see on our team is an inconsistency in function. We often experience lags when signing in, lags when opening proofs, having to refresh proofs often. We often receive error messages but then with a refresh it goes back to normal. I will echo my sentiment from above that we see very quick response when submitting these issues to the help desk.

With Ziflow we have been able to build efficiency around our approval process within our team but also with our counterparts within the business. We also have the opportunity to more concisely communicate with clients and receive feedback. We were able to identify where are hang ups were with manual stage changes but now can automate those steps within Ziflow. Using Ziflow has made our development and approval process so much better and I look forward to many more updates that allow up to do and be better.

Ziflow is easy to navigate and sends you notifications about any updates in your routing process!

The only thing I wish you could do on Ziflow is create folders to categorize proofs.

My company used to route our proofs in person, but once COVID hit we were stuck on how to review proofs. Ziflow made it easy to get right back in the routine of routing, and honestly quicker and more efficient than in person!

I love how easy the interface is, especially when sharing with clients. A quick call to start the proofing process and they are away. Not needing me to hold their hands. I describe it as an online PDF so make comments the same was as you would on a PDF and they get it.

I dislike how if you share a lot of proofs it isn't intuitive to know if the user has been added already to a different stage. I find myself having to manually check rather than bulk share when I have a lot of reviewers on the proofs.

Use it if you aren't using an online proofing tool already, it makes my job so much easier.

I am solving the need for multiple emails with masses of PDF attachments making it easy to make a mistake. Clients contradicting each other as they can now see it and have a conversation which stops us having to make the same amend twice.

Easy mark-ups and tagging other people within tool works nicely. We use the software mainly internally, but succeed in having some clients use it with us as well. It documents the comments from reviews well. The revision tool is also really great to compare comments from previous reviews and to look at edits side-by-side.

Comments are organized in a way that is not as easy to sort through as they could be. Occasionally, the software can be glitchy.

Reviewing art proofs and presentations; allows efficient reviews, both when we work remotely as well as when we're in the office together.

I love that Ziflow is user -friendly and that you have more than enough options for marking up of your content/layouts.

One can upload and comment on so many different media types - I especially love that you can upload and comment on videos, html5 and websites. Not many tools offer this feature or work as well.

I have no major dislikes but there were one or two features that were not immediately apparent but I found it after some searching. e.g. setting up a deadline for a proof. These were minor issues and do not detract from a wonderful product.

We were able to reduce the time it took to circulate documents/designs as one does not have to consolidate separate comments made via separate emails.

Receiving comments on video at a particular location/ time really helped.
