"The best bug tracker for start up company"
What do you like best?
1. Good interface
2. Customizable I can change severity result status etc *I like it
3. Easy to use, these tools really easy to use because of my experience before
4. Price, The price not expensive but it would be expensive if the storage full fill
What do you dislike?
No plan for unlimited storage, maybe Zoho can add more storage. because I will use these tools for a long time

This bug tracker have similar with Jira but the offer price it's good from jira

I can control bug that's already input by tester, I can track bug that's already resolved or not. more efficient than before

What do you like best?
We use Zoho bugtracker internally in our development projects. It is super easy to use, insightful report.a You can easily follow progress and make sure the dev team are working on the fixes.

Nothing so far, it was super easy to use and train the team

Sharing bugs with the dev team on excel was very hard to manage and identify the top priorities to fix

I am excited about the ease of customization and ease of use. It took me just a few minutes to do setup and start working.
