ZOHO Forms - GREAT form creation but offers VERY poor folder organization for forms
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform is pretty easy to use once you figure it out. Their documentation is very involved; some of it is REALLY intense especially for the non-programmer. The ability to add photos or images to your forms is a great feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are NO folder structures WHATSOEVER with the platform. So, what does this mean? It means that if you have HUNDREDS and HUNDREDS of forms, you will need click through PAGE after PAGE to find the ONE you are looking for ---- OR ---- you will ALWAYS have to go to the very top of the page and type in the name of the form. ----- That is, if you EVEN REMEMBER the NAME of your form. I have no clue why a folder structure has not been implemented yet for users to simply organize their forms in separate folders, bins --- whatever you want to call it! If you can't get organized, what is the point of trying to run your business with forms that can't be organized? Sorry, but this is a MAJOR negative for zoho forms. One such, that we are very unhappy with.
Being able to approve your forms' data can be confusing going back and forth from crm to forms, especially if your form user did not submit the required data in your form in order for it to be synched upon submission.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
FOLDER organization for sure! You can't get anywhere without having folders to store your forms with proper labels, etc. Another thing would be great to see is the ability to have a shopping cart implemented in with the payment options, but this may not be possible for use in this form platform.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use zoho forms for collecting data from our customers. It is an awesome data collection platform, but without folder structure, you may waste a lot of time trying to find your forms unfortunately.

"One of the most flexibile forms systems. Easily connects to other Zoho products."
What do you like best?
Love the flexibility of the variables. Easy to configure to give the end user a pleasant experience. Easy to create pages and sections. Love the way it connects to other Zoho products. The interface is extremely easy to work with. Being able to set Rules to display and hide fields is golden. Gives the user an optimized look and feel. Also being able to duplicate already developed variables and use them on other pages and forms is nice.
What do you dislike?
More tools, more functions. Would be great to have a sliding currency. Have a signature form as well, similar to Zoho sign. Also, more flexibility to have side by side fields. Example... Sometimes want different drop downs, side by side, not on top. Just a thought... Also, allow the user to create custom variables that sit on the side to reuse in different sections of the form.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you use the other Zoho products in conjunction with Zoho Form. Its worth every penny. We do Zoho One and couldn't be happier with the flexibility and ease of use. Every tool does exactly what its suppose to and if you watch a few videos on training, it will save you time and money.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having the ability to have user directly input data directly into Zoho, or create a spreadsheet from the inputted data. Give me the ability to put link on website and have users never know this is built outside the site. Instead of a section, maybe a line variable that lets me split the sections using a line horizontally through the form. Some other benefits are mobile access.

What do you like best?
Zoho is ambitious and relentless in adding and improving products.
What do you dislike?
The only deal-killing problem is when a form is partially filled out and the person needs to return again there is a pop-up box with a slug of code that the user needs to copy and save to return... this drives away the average user... I love ZOHO and appreciate their intense desire to improve so I hope they get this under control soon.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Wait until they have a seamless process to return to complete form without having client copy and paste code.

"Zoho Forms offers an intuitive and modern user experience"
What do you like best?
Zoho Forms is a very intuitive form generator. What I like the most is that it has predefined templates for different categories, for example, subscription, trial request, product review and many more. Also, it is available for iOS and Android. On the other hand, I also like the fact that it has a WordPress plugin.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I dislike is that they have a wide variety of subscription plans with very high costs. I would like them to unify certain plans and their prices to drop a little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zoho Forms is a great option if you need to collect data. I recommend it for the extensive tools you have to customize forms. It has an intuitive interface and is available for different platforms.

"Fast to design and easy to implement form builder"
What do you like best?
Zoho Forms is super easy to design and implement anywhere, such as social media sites, websites, and any landing page for more rich data collection. Moreover, I like its premade template library that allows a user to choose from varieties of form templates.
What do you dislike?
Though the forms can be customized, the feature for the customization is limited as compared to the formed designed manually through coding.
