What do you like best?

It's an easy way to schedule support and success staff to make sure we've got the right coverage we need. It's great no matter the size of your team.

What do you like best?

I am very pleased with the many capabilities Zoom offers. Especially in the hectic state of everyone during the Covid-19 pandemic. Zoom allows one to reach out and have a two-way conversation as if one were on Face time! The accuracy of the app, and the features offered are endless. Love Zoom!

What do you dislike?

Left me wondering how did I ever live without Zoom!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I can now reach out to students and parents alike to communicate often, and get the instantaneous reply necessary when discussing the education of a student!

I like the spreadsheet feature where you can see your shift along with your coworkers.

I dislike when the app does not stay on the week you are viewing if you exit the app

I am able to find someone to covert my shift when needed. It is easy to find out who to ask

The ease of picking up shifts when someone needs off.

What do you dislike?

It was difficult to navigate for me at first, but once I spent time on it that was resolved.

When I take care to look at my ZS notifications, I can make more money by picking up coworker’s shifts.
