What do you like best?
Easy, DIY uploading of data, powerful analytics and search. Useful for investigations, auto redaction and GDPR compliance. Fantastic support and fast evolving features.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, it has all the features we need. In the beginning the options can be overwhelming, but the trainings are very helpful and will fulfill all your needs.

I'd recommend ZyLAB ONE to anyone that has to review a large quantity of judicial rulings, documents, e-mails, phone calls, imagery, etc.

Reviewing large amounts of data. In the legal field it makes it easier to inspect a lot of documents for relevant information. With this software, you can swiftly and efficiently review documents and save a lot of time.

The automatic de-duplication and automatic redactions. Both these features save a tremendous amount of time.
What do you dislike?
Using the software as a first time user might be difficult, but ZyLAB provides online and onpremise training to make sure every user can use the software efficiently

If you have trouble finding the relevant documents for a case in a big bundle of data ZyLAB eDiscovery can help you with this. Also if you have generic information that needs to be redacted frequently, the auto redaction feature will save you tons of time!

The amount of time needed to handle a public records request has gone down drastically. Especially big requests where we need to look through gigabytes of information can be handled quickly and efficiently by making use of the ZyLAB eDiscovery software.

What do you like best?
It can be very time consuming if you have to review every legal document without the use of a machine learning software. With ZyLAB ONE I can work efficiently and effectively through a lot of legal documents and therefore save time.
What do you dislike?
Although the software is easy to use, in the beginning I really had to get used to it. But the training is very helpful and it takes you step by step to understand the software and how to use it properly. Practice makes perfect.

What do you like best?
For anyone with some knowledge of using a search engine, it works very intuitively. The support for the product is great, with timely and concise responses, usually within a day.
What do you dislike?
Some learning and training courses are required to enable you to utilize the more advanced functionality of the package. ZyLAB does provide these courses, so did not present a significant issue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this program to anyone considering an analysis of a large quantity of judicial rulings on any topic. In my opinion it can also be very well suited for qualitative research into certain events that involve a heterogeneous body of data, like e-mails, phone calls and imagery.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have personally used ZyLAB ONE for my thesis on the automated analysis of certain judicial rulings in Dutch labour law, in this capacity ZyLAB performed very well and enabled a nearly fully automated analysis of the judicial rulings. ZyLAB was used to automatically identify certain values in the body of the ruling and to identify if claims were allowed or denied.
