"Zylo is more than a SaaS subscription management tool! "
What do you like best?
The software is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Zylos process of gathering contract and spend data is surprisingly fast and largely hands off for the customer. The Zylo team is extremely proactive scheduling status meetings and working with you to not only ensure that the data in the application is accurate and complete but that training is in place to ensure you are maximizing use of the tool. One of the biggest surprises for us was the support and guidance Zylo has provided with renewals and year end budgeting. They have a broad knowledge of SaaS products and have been been able to provide guidance pertaining to overlapping products, low usage and reporting to assist in making renewal and budget decisions.
What do you dislike?
This isn't a dislike of the software, but more of a challenge on our end utilizing all the benefits that Zylo is able offer. One feature that Zylo is working on is the ability to export reports into excel.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Zylo has provided us visibility into SaaS spend that was often over looked such as spend happening on users personal credit cards and being expensed. In some occasions users were buying single license subscriptions to products we have a corporate subscription for so we have been able to consolidate these licenses and spend. Zylo is also going to assist with year end budgeting.

"Zylo Untangles Software Insanity"
What do you like best?
Single source of truth for all software spend in our company. Allows IT, Procurement, Leadership clearly see what is being purchased and when its scheduled to renew. Unmasks rouge software spends that are sidestepping procurement processes or sitting on personal credit cards.
What do you dislike?
It can be challenging to manage all the data that Zylo presents and know where to begin mitigation, especially if the company has never done a software audit before. This isn't really a shortcoming of Zylo's but it does require a large amount of resources to get Zylo to a point where all data is accurate and processes can be implemented.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Lack of insight into software spend in each department. Elimination of duplicate or competing softwares within a company. Insurance that all renewals are being managed correctly. Cost savings. User activity and usage metrics. Elimination of unused resources or accounts.

"Game Changer"
What do you like best?
The team. From the sales process through implementation and the support after Zylo does things in a world class way, every single time and with every single interaction.
As for the platform itself, its clean, simple and it works. The visibility that this tool gives me into SaaS spend across the business is invaluable. Not only has this matured us in terms of procurement and visibility across budgeting but it has helped secure our environment from our security stand point.
What do you dislike?
The platform, being new, still has a few kinks to be worked out. But the team is amazing at receiving and actioning feedback.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are a SaaS heavy shop this is a must have tool. Finding these little one off tools where people in the org may be putting info outside of the corporate tool stack.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
SaaS sprawl, and the benefits are being able to quickly reference a resource for information about our tooling in the business. Identifying SaaS that is set up outside the scope of IT to ensure we are securing our environment properly is key.

"Zylo offers clear visibility into cloud spend and utilization"
What do you like best?
The solution is intuitive and does all the legwork of analyzing the spend and usage of our cloud subscriptions. The customer success team is responsive and proactive. The product team is very open to feedback and actively iterates on the product based on customer feedback.
What do you dislike?
I'd love to see even more actionable visualizations and AI analysis baked into the tool. That being said, the customer success team has been amazing at filling the gap of any missing features by offering to do custom analysis.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a 100% cloud-based global consultancy, we make major investments in cloud software providers and partners, including Salesforce, Google and Amazon. With Zylo, we will have a clear view into what software we use across the organization, how much we spend and where we can better utilize our cloud software investments.

"Great Sidekick for Software Procurement"
What do you like best?
The ability to quickly understand the landscape of our software vendors to better equip us for vendor discussions. Annual spend, active users, and applications by vendor (to name a few) are all accessible within a click or two and displayed in a user-friendly GUI.
What do you dislike?
Hard to say, because whenever I feel like a feature is missing, I let the Zylo team know and they put it on their feature request list, or let me know it's already in the roadmap!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Zylo has fantastic customer support! Definitely take advantage of it. Secondly, the Zylo leadership team is truly passionate and driven to create a long-term solution in this space. They value customer feedback, so take the time to give them your suggestions.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are a small procurement team, so anything to save us time is beneficial. We are now able to walk into software vendor discussions backed with data with just a few clicks, saving us preparation time.
