LeaveBoard is a cloud-based, integrated HR software platform with intuitive time-off management features, such as automated leave tracking, to help simplify employee time-off booking and approvals. Employees can check balances, manage, and track their leaves through their individual dashboards. Approval workflows can be designed, and instant notifications are available. A searchable employee directory is also included, and every employee has a profile with leave history. Different approvers can be set for each employee. There is also a dynamic entitlement calculator that calculates the number of days an employee can take leave, based on their working hours, company rules, and the calendar. The tool is self-serviced and relies on the TLS protocol for data security. Reporting features include time-off overview, monthly leave reports, attendance tracking, payroll data based on leaves, and a plethora of filters and report exports.
