What are the best aspects of this product?
HelpCrunch provides all the features I am looking for in a customer engagement tool at a cheaper price. They have a good documented API and dev docs and their customer support are very informative. Definitely a great alternative for Intercom.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Widgets can be confusing when using different browsers.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Informing customers of our relevant features and offers. Getting customer feedback. Customer onboarding.

Been using the app for only a month and I love it! It has a great simple design and we get to interact with customers in real-time. Plus, they have an amazing customer support team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Relatively affordable, but the price for adding a second team is a bit pricey for me.

Great help for engaging with customers, helping them in decision-making in real-time.

HelpCrunch is a great application for improving our customer experience on our website. We have been using it for four months now and so far no regrets in choosing HelpCrunch.

HelpCrunch has a "default" interface; I hope we can customize it to adapt to our needs.
