"very easy to use"
What do you like best?
they updated it so all the work orders can be viewed at one time the work orders are easy to fill out and close when completed they are also easily searched when needed it is also easy to add or delete work hours
What do you dislike?
i do not really see any down side to it it is a simple program to use its easy to learn and understand and it can easily be taught to other employees it would be nice if the scroll buttons were darker and stood out better

It is easy to use. The dashboard is intuitive. No need for a smart brain to figure out how to use the system.

sometimes it was difficult to add users, or use a different internet explorer but it always worked with the hippo help

Great product very easy to use and understand . Like the calendar view and the the different levels of priority

Sometimes the program freezes up while in the work order screen and also doesn’t always save work orders
